WCC22 --- The Winner!

After another difficult vote by the Watercooler Artists, we have a winner for Heidi's Combination Challenge.

Congratulations to the winner of the challenge, Susie Nelson.  Susie's card is a lovely mixture of silhouettes and watercolours.
